Job Responsibility:

• Responsible for maintaining Mechanical and Electrical Systems of the building
• Daily monitoring of LV switchboards, busducts, transformers, switchgears and TNB supply.
• Ensure that all mechanical pumpsets are regularly checked and report to Building Executive weekly.
• Supervise external contractors works / service and monitor their performance.
• Carry out weekly standby Generator and Fire Pumpsets Testing with supervision of HT Chargemen
• Daily verify wireman’s checklist report and submit weekly to Building Executive.
• Carry out preventive maintenance as per standing operation procedures

Job Requirements:

• Must be a Registered Competent Electrical Chargeman Certificate under Category – AO/AI Chargeman.
• Familiar with 11KV LV Switchgears and switchboards of high rise building services maintenance functions
• At least 2 years in a similar capacity.
• Able to work in shifts according to the duty roster.
• This position will be posted at The Starling Mall.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
