Key Responsibilities

• Assist the sales team in identifying and qualifying potential customers.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
• Support lead generation through phone calls, emails, and social media outreach.
• Prepare sales quotations, proposals, and presentations.
• Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
• Follow up with prospective and existing customers regarding inquiries and orders.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
• Assist in achieving sales targets and preparing sales reports.
• Participate in client meetings, product demonstrations, and networking events when required.
• Perform other sales and administrative duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Confident, proactive, and customer-oriented.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
