We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Executive, Human Resource & Administration to join our HR team. The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for managing the company's payroll process while supporting other HR and administrative functions to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end monthly payroll processing accurately and within deadlines.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, and other relevant regulations.
- Prepare payroll reports, reconciliations, and HR-related reports.
- Maintain accurate employee payroll and personal records.
- Process salary adjustments, overtime, allowances, deductions, claims, and final salary payments.
- Liaise with government agencies and external parties regarding payroll and statutory matters.
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Assist with HR administration, employee records management, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and Malaysian employment laws.
- Perform any other HR and administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or any related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years of hands-on payroll experience.
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian payroll practices and statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and HR/Payroll systems.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Meticulous, trustworthy, and able to handle confidential information.
- Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Able to multitask effectively and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Resilient, adaptable, and able to work well under pressure while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in payroll processing for medium to large-sized organizations.
- Familiarity with HRIS/payroll software.
- Knowledge of the Employment Act 1955 and other Malaysian labour regulations.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,600.00 per month
