*Project:* 5-Star Hotel Reservation *Position:* Customer Success Specialist (Mandarin + English speaking)

*Location:* KL - G Tower

*Job Details:* Managing guest requests of hotel booking, restaurant, spa, entertainment and transportation reservations, facilitating in-room dining orders. *Operations Hours:* 24/7 with rotational shifts on a monthly basis, 5 working days a week

*Start Date:* 27 July/ 10 August 2026
