Part-Time Operations Assistant

Location: Ara Damansara, Selangor

Working Hours: Approximately 2-3 hours per day

About the Role

We are a software development company based at Oasis Ara Damansara and are looking for a part-time Operations Assistant to support our day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

• Review cases where our AI agent is unable to make a decision and determine the appropriate action.
• Handle simple operational tasks related to these cases.
• Occasionally respond to customer enquiries or support messages.
• Escalate cases when necessary.
• Able to join a weekly Microsoft Teams call with the team.

Requirements

• Must have your own laptop or desktop computer with internet connection.
• Able to commit approximately 2 to 3 hours per day on average.
• Ideally available for approximately 1-1.5 hour in the morning and 1-1.5 hour in the evening.
• Able to read and write in English sufficiently to handle basic customer enquiries.
• Responsible, reliable, and comfortable making decisions based on provided guidelines.
