Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the store to ensure smooth and efficient business performance.
• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing in accordance with company standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment to minimize stock shortages.
• Drive promotional campaigns and in-store marketing activities.
• Analyse sales performance and implement strategies to maximize revenue.
• Lead, coach, motivate, and develop the retail team.
• Prepare staff schedules and manage daily manpower requirements.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Maintain attractive product presentation and promotional displays.
• Manage cash handling, banking, and store documentation accurately.
• Coordinate with headquarters on inventory, promotions, and operational matters.

REQUIREMENT

• Minimum 2-3 years of retail experience
• Experience in retail, preferably in the beauty, cosmetics, or skincare industry.
• Experience in supervisory or store management role
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing store performance

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
