YOUR TASKS

• Help with day-to-day tasks like responding to customer inquiries, updating trackers, and assisting with admin tasks.

• Strong written and verbal English proficiency with the ability to draft clear responses.
• Empathy, patience, and a problem-solving mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic reporting.
• Willingness to learn quickly and adapt to a dynamic working environment.
