Your new role

As a Procurement Executive, you are responsible for the following:

-Oversee sourcing and contract management for site-level suppliers, including onboarding, RFQs, and maintaining agreements.
-Drive cost competitiveness through negotiations and RFQ execution, while tracking savings commitments and providing transparency on financial impacts such as cost pressures or opportunities.
-Manage day-to-day procurement operations, including purchase order issuance, delivery schedule adjustments, safety stock adherence, and coordination of material changes with suppliers.
-Support supplier setup and qualification processes, ensuring smooth onboarding, part number creation, specification alignment, and timely progression of new supplier or equipment initiatives.
-Coordinate closely with suppliers to balance capacity and lead times, ensuring continuity of supply and acting as a key point of escalation for delivery or performance issues.


What you'll need to succeed

• Manufacturing experience is preferred
• Strong procurement and sourcing background
• Proficient in SAP or ERP tools
• Ability to conduct supplier negotiations and build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders
• Strong understanding and exposure in a manufacturing environment
• MNC experience is a plus!
