Structural Engineer | Up to MYR9,000 | 5.5 days | Senai, Johor

Position: Structural Engineer

Working Location: Senai, Johor
Working Hours: 9am ~6pm (Mon - Fri), 9am~ 1pm (Sat)
Salary Range: Basic RM6,000~RM9,000 (Candidate with good experiences salary open for negotiation)

Job Descriptions
· Responsible for the technical management of civil engineering steel structure and prefabricated modular structure for the data-driven factory project.
· Reviewing construction drawings and structural detailing drawings; optimizing construction plans based on site conditions.
· Verifying the factory foundation, main structure, large-span steel structure, equipment load, ground bearing capacity, and settlement design to meet the high load and high stability construction standards of digital factories.
· Following up on the technical control of key processes such as prefabricated component production quality, on-site hoisting, splicing, node connection, and pre-embedded/reserved components to ensure the installation accuracy and construction quality of modular components.
· Responsible for on-site structural technical briefings, sample guidance, and concealed works acceptance; promptly resolving technical problems in foundation, steel structure, and concrete construction.
· Responsible for structural engineering changes, negotiations, visa calculations, and compiling structural completion data, test reports, and acceptance ledgers.
· Collaborating with electrical, decoration, and electromechanical professionals to complete structural pre-embedded equipment foundations, cable tray support anchoring, and other collaborative work.

Requirements
· Bachelor's degree or above in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Steel Structure or related fields:
· Four years or more of experience in construction management of industrial plants, steel structure projects, and data center structures
Familiar with prefabricated modules, chemical building construction technology
· Proficient in using CAD, structural calculation, and BIM-related software, able to independently complete drawing review and scheme preparation.
· Familiarity with domestic and international structural construction codes and understanding of local Malaysian building construction standards is preferred.
· Able to adapt to overseas on-site work, with a strong sense of responsibility, strong ability to handle on-site problems, and willing to comply with unified project management.

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
