Job Purpose
To support quality assurance activities by conducting inspections, coordinating Non-Destructive Examination (NDE) activities, and preparing Product Test Reports (PTR) to ensure products meet customer specifications, quality standards, and project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform visual and dimensional inspections on products according to approved drawings, specifications, and inspection plans.
- Coordinate and monitor Non-Destructive Examination (NDE) activities with internal or external service providers.
- Verify NDE reports and ensure inspection results comply with customer and applicable standards.
- Prepare, compile, and maintain Product Test Reports (PTR) and other quality documentation.
- Review material certificates, inspection records, and test reports for completeness and accuracy.
- Identify and report non-conforming products and support corrective actions.
- Maintain quality records in accordance with company procedures and customer requirements.
- Support customer inspections, audits, and documentation requests when required.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, company quality procedures, and safety requirements.
- Perform any other quality-related duties assigned by the superior.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Certificate in Engineering, Quality Management, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in QC inspection or quality documentation (fresh graduates may be considered).
- Basic knowledge of NDE methods (e.g., PT, MT, UT, RT) is an advantage.
- Familiar with engineering drawings, inspection procedures, and quality documentation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Good attention to detail, documentation skills, and communication skills.
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
