What You'll Do

• Welcome and assist customers with friendly service.
• Recommend suitable mum & baby products based on customers' needs.
• Achieve sales targets through upselling and cross-selling.
• Handle cashier duties and maintain a tidy, well-stocked outlet.
• Support promotions, events, and daily store operations.
• Share basic product knowledge on baby formula, diapers, skincare, feeding accessories, and maternity care products.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum SPM qualification.
• Experience in retail, customer service, or sales is an advantage.
• Passionate about helping parents and babies.
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Friendly, positive, and customer-oriented.
