1 Operating and maintaining the steam boiler.

2 Perform routine boiler servicing and cleaning.

3 Prepare purchase requisition for spare parts, replacement parts and light fuel oil (LFO).

4 Receive delivery of LFO.

5 To keep the LFO tank in good condition.

6 Perform backflush operation for Multimedia, carbon and 1.0 micron filters.

7 Operating and maintaining the water softener.
