Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily e-commerce sales operations (Shopee, TikTok, and others)
• Handle walk-in customer sales and inquiries
• Manage return/refund claims and coordinate with relevant platforms or internal departments
• Reply to customer messages and resolve inquiries in a timely manner
• Support packing or order fulfillment tasks during peak times if needed
• Record customer feedback and suggest process improvements.
• Assist in administrative tasks related to online sales (e.g., stock updates, listing coordination)
• Participate in training sessions and grow with the e-commerce team
• Any ad hoc task assigned by superior

Requirements:

• Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms (Shopee, TikTok, etc.)
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia & English
• Friendly, organized, responsible, and willing to learn
• Able to work independently and handle multitasking
• Diploma or SPM graduates are welcome to apply

Pay: RM1,800.00 per month
