About the role

We are seeking a skilled Admin & Accountant Executive to join our team at AMALEENA JEWEL SDN BHD in Bandar Baru Nilai, Negeri Sembilan. This is a full-time position that will play a vital role in supporting our company's accounting and administrative functions.

What you'll be doing

• Preparing and maintaining accurate financial records, including invoices, receipts, and financial statements
• Reconciling bank statements and ensuring proper accounting of all financial transactions
• Assisting with payroll processing and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
• Providing administrative support, such as handling office correspondence, managing schedules, and maintaining office supplies
• Collaborating with the management team to improve financial processes and procedures
• Ensuring all financial and administrative tasks are completed in a timely and accurate manner

What we're looking for

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, Administrative, or any related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar accounting or administrative role
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Training and guidance will be provided to candidates with the right attitude and willingness to learn.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, as well as proficiency in using accounting software
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Word
