Job Description :
  • Assist with DL documentation, filing, and maintaining candidate records.
  • Support the onboarding process, including preparing documents and coordinating with DL new hires.
  • Support recruitment activities, career fairs, or hiring events.
  • Support HR events and activities as required.
Requirement
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree Human Resources, Business, or any related field
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Meticulous, analytical and result oriented.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Penang Science Park.
  • No work experience required.
  • Preferably immediate starter.
