Full Time Admin Executive (Excel - Fleet Cost Control) Jobs, salary up to MYR 4,000 in UNITYLINK SERVICES & AGENCY SDN BHD Shah Alam - Ricebowl

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports using Microsoft Excel.
• Monitor diesel usage, subsidy limits and fleet operating expenses.
• Check KPDN diesel subsidy listings and Touch 'n Go (TNG) transactions.
• Inform management immediately if any abnormal fuel usage or subsidy issues are identified.
• Reply to customers' emails professionally in English.
• Maintain accurate records and reports.
• Perform general administrative duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of administrative or reporting experience.
• Good Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Table, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, IF, SUMIFS, charts and data analysis).
• Good written and spoken English.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience in logistics or transportation industry is an added advantage.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
