Job Description

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyse IT service requirements.
• Develop and document service design processes and workflows.
• Ensure alignment between IT services and business needs.
• Monitor and improve service delivery standards.
• Support the implementation of IT service design initiatives.
• Maintain accurate documentation for service-related processes.
• Provide input on technology improvements to enhance service quality.
• Assist with troubleshooting and resolving service design issues.

The Successful Applicant

A successful IT Service Design Analyst should have:

• Experience in the Financial Services industry or similar sector.
• Strong knowledge of IT service design principles and practices.
• Proficiency in analysing and documenting technical requirements.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
• Familiarity with IT service management tools and methodologies.
