Job description:

We are looking for a passionate, driven & experienced Personal Trainer to join the team at BBF GYM! As a Trainer at BBF, you will be supporting the team to elevate the business, grow together. Most importantly, providing clients with an excellent and truly satisfying experience.

Job requirements:

• Passionate in training and helping clients with their fitness journey
• Self-driven and motivated to service clients
• Able to commit to working closely with clients to achieve their goals
• A good team player
• Willing to accommodate clients schedule, weekends & public holidays if required
• Flexible working schedule with good time management
• Personal Training Certified and any relevant experience. 2 to 3 years in related field.
• Patient and good customer service
• Good sense of humour is a plus!

Job responsibilities includes, but not limited to:

• Conduct consultation and fitness assessment for clients
• Develop training programmes (nutrition advice if needed) for clients to achieve their goals
• Work closely with clients and the team
• Create content with the team (social media & tech savvy)
• Guide and educate clients on equipment and training safety
• Monitor/track clients progress and discuss how you can service them better
• Provide accountability for clients
• Maintain professional image for the team
