The role is to Assist the Operation Manager in managing the day-to-day asks of Operation Department, including:

1. Assist in the cargo scheduling and delivery, vessel scheduling and chartering, the stocktaking, the utilization of internal or external LNG facilities

2. Assist in preparing, reviewing, and maintaining operational documents related to cargo delivery, vessel management, the utilization of LNG terminal or other related LNG facilities.

3. Be active to communicate and coordinate the external trading and finance teams, counterparties, and the parent company to facilitate smooth operations

4. Maintain operational records and assist in preparing reports, statistics, and data analysis as required by the Company.

5. Work across the function in Assist in provision of operational supports and advice to other departments of the company

6. Assist in the company’s internal or regulatory compliance including oversee risk assessments of the company, periodically reviewing and updating the related compliance documents, and aid /advisory guide to ensure the effective implementation of compliance with minimum coaching

7. Perform any other duties assigned by the Operations Manager or Company Management.

Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Shipping, Oil & Gas, or a related field.

- Proficiency in both Mandarin and English (spoken and written) to liaise effectively with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.

- Have 1- 2 years’ working experience, preferably in LNG trading operation.

- Possess a sense of teamwork, communication skills and being able to work independently.

- Be able to manage multitasks and work under pressure
