Job Description & Requirements

Construction company located at 10 Woodlands Square is hiring a Lifting Supervisor. The Lifting Supervisor is responsible to oversee crane and lifting operations on-site. The successful candidate will ensure all lifting activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all lifting and hoisting operations on-site
• Ensure strict compliance with regulatory Code of Practice for lifting operations and workplace safety regulations
• Inspect lifting equipment and rigging gear prior to use
• Liaise with site teams, crane operators, and riggers to ensure smooth coordination
• Identify and mitigate on-site safety hazards related to lifting operations
• Maintain accurate records of lifting plans, inspections, and incidents

Requirements:

• Valid Lifting Supervisor certification
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in lifting/crane operations supervision
• Sound knowledge of lifting safety regulations and codes of practice
• Strong on-site coordination and communication skills
