Project Executive (Operations & Client Management)

Are you a proactive and organised individual who enjoys managing operations and working with clients? Join us as a Project Executive and play a key role in delivering quality outsourced services across multiple sites in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily operations and serve as the main point of contact for clients.
Coordinate manpower deployment to ensure smooth service delivery.
Work closely with Recruitment and Operations teams on hiring, onboarding, and mobilisation.
Monitor workforce attendance, utilisation, and operational performance.
Conduct site visits and audits to ensure compliance with SOPs, safety, and service standards.
Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
Manage customer feedback, incidents, and service recovery.
Prepare operational reports and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
At least 1 year of experience in operations, outsourced manpower, facilities, or service delivery.
Experience managing multi-site operations or frontline manpower is an advantage.
Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
