Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, operating systems, and networking concepts.
Familiarity with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365 applications.
Knowledge of IT troubleshooting and technical support processes.
Basic understanding of Active Directory, networking, helpdesk systems, or user account management is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of cybersecurity principles and IT security best practices is a plus.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-service mindset.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Willingness to learn, take initiative, and adapt to new technologies.

岗位职责

Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, network, and Microsoft 365-related issues.
Assist with the setup, installation, configuration, and maintenance of computers, printers, and other IT equipment.
Support user account administration, including account creation, access management, and password resets.
Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues, escalating complex problems when necessary.
Monitor and assist with software updates, system patches, antivirus management, and data backup activities.
Maintain IT asset inventories, support documentation, and service records.
Track and manage support tickets to ensure timely resolution and user satisfaction.
Assist in troubleshooting network connectivity and peripheral device issues.
Participate in IT infrastructure, system enhancement, and process improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with company IT policies, cybersecurity standards, and best practices.
