Roles & Responsibilities

· Lead end-to-end implementation of payroll and HR software solutions for clients across the APAC region.

· Work closely with clients to gather, analyse and document business requirements, payroll policies and operational processes.

· Conduct implementation meetings and project discussions, providing clear recommendations and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.

· Configure payroll systems based on business requirements and ensure solutions align with both client needs and product capabilities.

· Lead system testing, payroll validation, data migration, user acceptance testing (UAT) and go-live activities.

· Collaborate with Product Development and Service Delivery teams to resolve implementation issues and recommend product enhancements.

· Prepare implementation documentation, training materials and conduct user training sessions for clients.

· Use Excel, implementation tools and approved AI technologies to improve data validation, documentation, testing and project delivery efficiency.

· Build trusted relationships with clients through professional communication, responsiveness and sound functional advice.

· Manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously while ensuring quality delivery and adherence to project timelines.

· Perform other implementation-related duties and regional projects as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience

· Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Human Resources, Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.

· Minimum 3–5 years of experience in payroll software implementation, HRIS implementation or payroll consulting.

· Experience implementing payroll solutions for Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan, South Korea or other North Asia/APAC countries is highly preferred.

· Experience working with multi-country payroll implementations or regional payroll projects is a strong advantage.

· Experience in a payroll software vendor, HRIS provider or consulting environment is preferred.

· Experience using AI, automation or digital tools to improve implementation quality and efficiency is an added advantage.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
