About the role

We are seeking a talented Accounts Executive to join our dynamic team. As an Accounts Executive, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial records and ensuring the smooth operation of our accounting functions. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work in a supportive and collaborative environment, contributing to the growth and success of our company.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Preparing and processing accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records and ledgers
• Reconciling bank statements and ensuring the accuracy of financial data
• Assisting with project and budget analysis
• Assisting with the preparation of financial reports and statements
• Providing support to the finance team in various accounting-related tasks
• Ensuring compliance with established accounting policies and procedures
• Collaborating with other departments to provide financial information and insights

What we're looking for

• Relevant diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in an accounts or bookkeeping role
• Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Experience in property development industry
