The opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Java Developer to join our dynamic team at CMA Solutions Sdn Bhd. As a Java Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust and scalable Java-based applications that are vital to our business operations.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop high-quality Java-based applications and systems to meet business requirements
• Implement complex functionality using the Java programming language, frameworks, and best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and provide technical solutions
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure application quality and performance
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Java technologies, tools, and industry trends
• Mentor and guide junior developers to improve their skills and knowledge
• Provide support and troubleshooting for production issues

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Java Developer in the Information & Communication Technology industry
• Proficient in the Java programming language, including its core features, design patterns, and best practices
• Experience in developing scalable and maintainable web applications and services
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders
• Experience in Agile software development methodologies is a plus
