Job Descriptions:

• Ensure consistent POS operations across all retail outlets in accordance with HQ SOPs.
• Monitor and maintain the accuracy and integrity of system data.
• Verify POS transactions, perform sales reconciliation, and investigate transaction discrepancies.
• Coordinate POS implementation, testing, troubleshooting, and system upgrades.
• Liaise with retail outlets and internal departments to resolve operational and POS-related issues.
• Analyze sales data and prepare operational and sales reports.

Qualification:

• experience in retail operations.
• Basic accounting knowledge with a good understanding of retail POS transactions.
• Experience with POS systems, inventory control, and sales reconciliation.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work well under pressure

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
