Under the DHL Supply Chain umbrella, one of the business units of DHL, we provide customized logistics and industry solutions in the areas of supply chain management, warehousing, distribution, value added services, and lead logistics provider services for our customers – helping them deliver better results every day.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and support system integrations between internal and external applications.
• Manage and maintain EDI and API integrations with customers and business partners.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration and data flow issues.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities to improve business processes.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for operational and business insights.
• Work closely with business users, customers, vendors, and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Ensure data accuracy, system performance, and process efficiency.
  
  
  

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience in system integration, EDI, API, or automation projects.
• Knowledge of SQL and database concepts.
• Experience developing dashboards using Power BI or similar BI tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience in logistics, supply chain, WMS, TMS, or SAP environments is an added advantage.
