Job Description

Financial Reporting
• Support the preparation of monthly closing and statutory reports.
• Assist in quarterly Bank Negara Malaysia reporting.

Governance & Compliance
• Support statutory, audit, company secretarial, and tax requirements.
• Prepare funding documents, share subscription notices, and related resolutions.
• Submit e-invoices and handle related matters.
• Support the preparation of Know Your Client (KYC), ultimate beneficial owner (UBO), and other compliance documents.
• Assist in strengthening financial processes and reporting systems.

Other Ad Hoc Assignments
• Support ad hoc requests, including legal, treasury, and other matters.

Qualifications & Experience
• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Candidate with 1–2 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, or Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).
• Exposure to multi-entity or regional operations is an advantage.
• Willing to work at Bangsar South, KL or USJ 1 Subang Jaya.
