Main Duties & Responsibilitie

• .Organize and coordinate event details, including catering, accommodation, and logistics
• .Resolve customer concerns and ensure satisfaction before departure
• .Maintain relationships with clients and seek opportunities for repeat business
• .Gather customer feedback and monitor service quality
• .Support the achievement of sales targets and budget goals
• .Review sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue and business growth
