About the Role

Aspire Client Solutions Pte. Ltd. is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Client Success Manager to build strong client relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive long-term business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain client relationships.
• Understand client needs and provide solutions.
• Conduct regular client meetings and follow-ups.
• Resolve issues and coordinate with internal teams.
• Monitor client satisfaction and account performance.
• Identify opportunities for account growth.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in client success, account management, or customer service.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Good problem-solving and organizational abilities.
• Able to manage multiple client accounts.
