Job Description:

• Process supplier invoices and payment documents
• Verify invoices, Purchase Orders, and supporting documents
• Prepare payment schedules and assist with payment processing
• Perform supplier statement reconciliation
• Maintain proper filing of accounting records
• Assist with daily accounting and administrative tasks

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Accounting/Banking/Finance or equivalent is preferred
• 2 years’ of relevant working experience preferred
• Preferable knowledge of XERO Accounting

Pay: $2,000.00 - $2,800.00 per month
