Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily kernel plant operations to ensure production targets are achieved.
• Monitor production efficiency, product quality, and process performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, environmental, and quality standards.
• Lead, coach, and supervise operational teams to achieve operational excellence.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to minimize equipment downtime.
• Monitor inventory, consumables, and operating costs to support efficient plant operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical Engineering, or an equivalent discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a palm oil mill or palm kernel crushing plant. Fresh graduates with relevant qualifications are also encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of palm oil mill or kernel crushing plant operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of MSPO, RSPO, and safety standards is an added advantage.
• Willing to work in an industrial environment.
