Technical Troubleshooting:

Diagnose and resolve software bugs, user errors, database/sync issues, and network/connectivity failures for POS terminals.
Log customer issues, meet service level agreements (SLAs), and escalate complex software errors to development teams with clear reproduction steps.
Monitor site speed, fix broken links, and manage web server configurations (e.g., Apache, Nginx)

Publish text, images, and media while overseeing Content Management Systems (CMS) like WordPress

Track visitor traffic using tools like Google Analytics and ensure basic on-page search engine optimization.

Requirements and Technical Skills:
Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS platforms

Familiarity with Windows/Android environments, remote desktop tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk), and basic networking (TCP/IP, DHCP, Wi-Fi). SQL or database knowledge is a plus.
