Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, Media, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.
• Available for an internship of at least 3 months.

• Meta Business Suite
• Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
• Photography and videography
• Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn content creation

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience managing personal or business social media accounts.
• Basic knowledge of social media analytics and marketing metrics.
• Interest in specialty coffee, artisan baking, lifestyle, or hospitality brands.

We are looking for a creative, driven, and enthusiastic Marketing Intern to join our team. This internship offers hands-on experience in digital marketing, content creation, branding, events, and customer engagement within a growing specialty coffee and bakery business.

As a Marketing Intern, you'll work closely with our Marketing Executive & Graphic Designer to bring our brand to life through compelling storytelling, creative campaigns, and meaningful customer experiences. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about marketing, enjoys creating content, and wants to gain practical experience in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation

• Plan and create engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and other digital platforms.
• Capture high-quality photos and videos of our cafés, bakery, products, team and behind-the-scenes operations.
• Edit short-form videos, reels and promotional content.

Social Media & Digital Marketing

• Assist in managing our social media platforms by scheduling and publishing content.
• Monitor engagement and respond to comments and messages where appropriate.
• Stay up to date with social media trends and suggest new content ideas.
• Track campaign performance and prepare simple marketing reports.

Marketing Campaigns

• Support the planning and execution of seasonal promotions, product launches, collaborations and marketing campaigns.
• Assist with brainstorming creative concepts and campaign ideas.
• Coordinate with café and operations teams to ensure campaigns are executed consistently across all locations.

Branding & Design

• Assist in designing menus, promotional materials, presentations and digital assets.
• Ensure all marketing materials align with the Kopenhagen Coffee brand identity.
• Help maintain a consistent visual style and tone of voice across all channels.

Community & Events

• Support the planning and execution of community events, coffee workshops, pop-ups, and collaborations.
• Gather customer feedback and insights to improve future marketing initiatives.
• Help build relationships with customers, partners, and local communities.

Administrative Support

• Conduct market and competitor research.
• Maintain marketing calendars, content schedules, and digital asset libraries.
• Provide general administrative support for the marketing team when required.
