Senior Payroll Executive

Location: Bayan Lepas, Penang

We're looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Payroll Executive to join our Payroll team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing while maintaining compliance with payroll regulations and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and review monthly payroll accurately and within deadlines.
• Manage payroll updates including new hires, resignations, salary adjustments, and statutory deductions.
• Ensure compliance with payroll-related legislation and company policies.
• Prepare payroll reports and support internal and external audits.
• Maintain accurate payroll records and documentation.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to resolve payroll-related matters.
• Support payroll process improvement initiatives and perform other duties assigned by the Payroll Manager.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of payroll experience.
• Strong knowledge of payroll processing and statutory requirements.
• High level of accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural work environment.
