OTE: RM 8,000 – RM 12,000+ / month (Uncapped Commission)

YOUR MISSION

As our SDR, you are the tip of the spear — the first voice prospects hear, and the reason our pipeline never runs dry. You operate with urgency, follow a disciplined daily cadence, and treat every target like a scoreboard. If you thrive on structure, competition, and the rush of booking a meeting that turns into a deal, this seat is yours.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Execute a high-volume outreach rhythm — calls, emails, LinkedIn — with zero excuses and full accountability.

• Hunt and qualify new business targets in retail, F&B, and hospitality sectors across Malaysia.

• Run sharp, structured discovery calls to uncover pain points and assess decision-making readiness.

• Book high-quality, well-briefed meetings and hand over warm prospects to the Sales Consultant team.

• Own your numbers — track dials, conversations, and meetings booked with full transparency every week.

• Chase weekly and monthly KPIs relentlessly: dials made, conversations held, meetings booked.

• Keep CRM updated in real time — every touchpoint logged, every follow-up scheduled.

• Continuously sharpen your outreach scripts, objection handling, and product knowledge.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 1–2 years of outbound sales, telesales, or SDR experience (B2B preferred).

• A systematic operator — you follow a process, track your numbers, and improve every week.

• Aggressive and resilient — rejection fuels you, not deflates you.

• Strong communicator in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a strong advantage).

• Competitive by nature — you want to be at the top of the leaderboard, not just on it.

• Familiarity with CRM tools and a structured sales cadence.

• Fresh graduates with the right hunger and attitude are welcome to apply.
