Core Responsibilities

• Portfolio Oversight: Assist in audit-checking client asset portfolios for precision and growth updates.
• Strategic Coordination: Own the calendar—manage high-priority meetings and proactive follow-ups with efficiency.
• Operational Integrity: Supervise essential account documentation and ensure all administrative records are seamless.
• Experience Management: Support the execution of corporate events and creative administrative projects.
• Precision Execution: Organize and drive team tasks to ensure no deadline is ever missed.

Who We Are Looking For

• Academic Background: Minimum Diploma or A-Level equivalent (Private Diploma holders should be pursuing/possess a Degree).
• Communication: Naturally articulate in English with the ability to build immediate rapport and trust.
• Tech Literacy: Proficiency in Google Workspace, Excel, and a creative eye for Canva.

The Numbers

• Base Allowance: $2,000 – $3,000 per month.
• The Upside: Does not include additional commissions or performance-based bonuses. Your drive directly dictates your income.
