We’re a fast-paced e-commerce and retail brand seeking a proactive, passionate and driven individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment within the e-commerce, fashion, and retail industry. As an E-commerce Intern, you will play an important role in supporting and managing our daily e-commerce operations, livestream activities, and operational processes to ensure a seamless customer experience.

You will work closely with various teams to optimise workflows, improve operational efficiency, and support the growth of our brand across multiple online platforms.

What You’ll Do:

• Support the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platforms (Shopify, TikTok Shop), including product uploads, pricing updates, website maintenance, inventory management, and stock accuracy.
• Process and fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently by coordinating packing, quality checks, shipping logistics, and after-sales customer support to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Assist in TikTok livestream operations, including pre-live preparation, inventory organisation, live support, and post-live order reconciliation.
• Work closely with different departments to identify and implement operational improvements that enhance workflow efficiency, customer satisfaction, and the smooth running of daily business operations.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience or interest in e-commerce operations, retail operations, event coordination, customer service, logistics, or administrative roles.
• Good understanding of e-commerce platforms, retail operations, and livestream selling functions.
• Strong ability to understand customer needs and deliver excellent customer experiences.
• Resourceful, proactive, and constantly seeking ways to improve processes and efficiency.
• Demonstrates initiative, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Passionate about growing a brand and contributing to a dynamic team. We are looking for individuals who are driven, adaptable, and excited to be part of our journey.
