We’re looking for a People & Talent Coordinator to help us attract, engage, and support amazing talent as we scale. This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional to step into the world of talent acquisition and people operations.

What You’ll Do

You’ll work closely with our People & Talent team to support end-to-end recruiting and help create an exceptional employee experience.

Your day-to-day might include:

• Supporting the recruitment process: scheduling interviews, coordinating feedback, and communicating with candidates.
• Assisting with job postings, sourcing candidates, and screening applications.
• Helping onboard new hires and ensuring a smooth start-to-finish hiring journey.
• Ensuring all candidate and employee interactions are warm, organized, and professional.
• Collaborative, positive attitude, and ability to work well with others.
