Job Description:

• Operate computerized batching system to produce concrete according to approved mix designs and specifications.
• Ensure accurate material proportioning and adjust batch weights based on quality and moisture requirements.
• Monitor raw material stock levels and coordinate replenishment to ensure continuous production.
• Perform daily equipment checks, troubleshooting, and ensure proper calibration of batching systems.
• Coordinate truck dispatch, maintain production records, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM, Certificate, or Diploma in Engineering, Construction, or a related field.
• At least 1 years of experience in a concrete batching plant, manufacturing environment, or construction-related environment.
• Knowledge of concrete mix designs, batching processes, and plant operations is an advantage.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to operate batching software systems.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to work shifts, weekends, or public holidays when required.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Ipoh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• STM/STPM (Required)

Experience:

• concrete batching plant operator: 1 year (Required)
• Manufacturing: 1 year (Required)
• Computer skills: 1 year (Required)
