About the Role

We're looking for a passionate and patient-focused Pharmacist to join our pharmacy team. You'll work closely with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the safe and effective use of medicines while delivering excellent pharmaceutical care.

Key Responsibilities

• Dispense and review medications accurately in accordance with hospital policies.
• Provide medication counselling to patients and caregivers.
• Support doctors and healthcare professionals with drug information and therapeutic recommendations.
• Perform medication reconciliation and monitor for drug interactions and adverse drug reactions.
• Participate in clinical discussions and quality improvement initiatives.
• Manage medication inventory and ensure compliance with regulatory and storage requirements.
• Support the education, training, and professional development of pharmacy staff, nursing staff, interns, and other healthcare professionals.
  

Requirements

• Registered Pharmacist with the Pharmacy Board Malaysia and a valid Annual Practising Certificate (APC).
• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or equivalent.
• Strong clinical knowledge and commitment to medication safety.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Detail-oriented with good organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Hospital pharmacy experience is an advantage, but motivated pharmacists eager to grow are encouraged to apply.
