Job Description
Lead procurement activities across QS and M&E, which includes engineering services, equipment, and project scopes
Collaborate closely with engineers, QS teams, and project stakeholders to define sourcing approaches aligned to project needs
Run end-to-end tender process, from scope development through to evaluation and award
Review supplier submissions with an understanding of technical specifications, cost structures, and project execution considerations
Support contract structuring with awareness of pricing models, variations, and project-related risk allocation
Manage supplier engagement across the project lifecycle, including performance, delivery issues, and cost changes
Enhance procurement practices within project environments, improving visibility, consistency, and governance
The Successful Applicant
Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related discipline
Minimally 5 years of experience across procurement, QS (ideally mechanical or electrical QS), or project-related roles within infrastructure or engineering environments
Exposure to M&E or technically driven procurement scopes within project settings
Ability to work with cost elements such as estimates, or tender breakdowns in collaboration with QS and engineering teams
Experience handling tenders, supplier negotiations, and project-based sourcing
Strong stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical teams
Familiarity with structured procurement environments and governance-driven processes
