We're looking for a versatile and independent Visual Content Producer to join our Branding Creative team. You'll lead video production while supporting photography for campaigns, events, portraits and corporate communications, creating compelling visual content across digital, social and internal platforms.

As part of our AI-driven creative transformation, you'll leverage AI tools to enhance content creation, streamline workflows and explore new creative possibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot and edit video content for internal and external communications.
• Capture high-quality photography for campaigns, events, portraits and corporate communications.
• Collaborate with creatives and stakeholders to develop compelling visual stories.
• Edit, colour grade and deliver content across multiple platforms.
• Leverage AI tools (mandatory) to enhance content creation and production workflows.
• Explore emerging technologies to improve creative quality and efficiency.
• Manage production assets, archiving and version control.
• Maintain production equipment and support on-location shoots, including occasional evenings or weekends.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Film, Media, Photography, Visual Communication or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in videography, photography or content production.
• Strong portfolio showcasing both video and photography work.
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom and Photoshop.
• Strong understanding of cinematography, lighting, composition, colour grading and audio production.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools such as Runway, Adobe Firefly, Veo, Kling, ChatGPT or similar platforms.
• Able to manage multiple projects while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
• Strong project management, communication and collaboration skills.
