Brownfield Engineering Sdn Bhd (BROWNFIELD) delivers expert electrical consultancy and technical solutions for complex construction projects, specializing in the comprehensive management of High-Voltage electrical equipment. Our end-to-end service suite spans engineering design, manufacturing and assembly of custom panels, and rigorous testing and delivery protocols. We provide specialized supervision for control and protection systems cross a wide operational spectrum, ranging from 11kV to 500kV power stations and substations. By prioritizing meticulous project planning and management, we ensure that every solution from initial consultancy to onsite technical execution upholds the highest standards of safety and efficiency.

Requirements

•  Currently pursuing a diploma, bachelor's degree, or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
• Willing to learn and gain hands-on experience in finance and accounting.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Finance team in supporting day-to-day financial activities.
• Support the preparation, filing, and maintenance of financial records and documents.
• Assist in updating spreadsheets, databases, and accounting records.
• Help with invoice processing, data entry, and document verification.
• Assist in preparing basic financial reports and reconciliations under the guidance of the Finance team.
• Support administrative tasks related to finance and accounting operations.
• Gain exposure to finance processes, internal controls, and company procedures.
• Perform other ad hoc tasks and assignments as instructed by the supervisor.
