We're Hiring | Event Project Manager

Flux Group is growing, and we're looking for an Event Project Manager to join our team!

If you have 2–4 years of experience in event management, experiential marketing, brand activations, exhibitions, roadshows, or corporate events, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll do:

• Manage event projects from planning to execution

• Coordinate with clients, vendors, venues, and internal teams

• Oversee timelines, budgets, logistics, and onsite operations

• Ensure every project is delivered smoothly and successfully

We're looking for someone who is:

Organised and proactive

A strong communicator

Able to manage multiple projects

Calm under pressure and enjoys problem-solving

Willing to travel and work on weekends when required
