Install, test, and commission electrical systems, wiring, control panels, and equipment according to technical drawings and specifications.
Install and configure ELV systems, including CCTV, Access Control, Building Management Systems (BMS), Public Address (PA) Systems, Queue Management Systems (QMS), and Structured Cabling.
Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical systems and equipment.
Troubleshoot electrical faults and carry out timely repairs to minimize downtime.
Monitor the performance of electrical and electronic systems to ensure safe and efficient operation.
Ensure all electrical work complies with local regulations, safety requirements, and company procedures.
Support Health, Safety, Security & Environment (HSSE) initiatives and maintain a safe working environment.
Assist in meeting quality and accreditation standards, including MSQH, JCI, and Quality Assurance requirements where applicable.
Maintain accurate maintenance records, inspection reports, and service documentation.
Coordinate and supervise contractors to ensure maintenance work is completed professionally and on schedule.
Assist with license renewals and statutory compliance related to electrical systems.
Execute ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior.
REQUIREMENTS
Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Certificate / SKM in Electrical and Electronic Engineering or equivalent qualification.
Minimum 2 years working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Experience in operation and maintenance of Electrical / Electronic system in a healthcare facility environment (end user) is an advantage.
Hands-on experience in Preventive Maintenance, Routine and Breakdown Maintenance work.
In-depth knowledge of electrical / electronic system.
Able to independent and working with limited supervision.Very good at interpersonal skills.
