We are seeking a resilient Business Development Lead to support and drive the growth of our company. This role is key to expanding our client base, maintaining strong relationships, and identifying new revenue opportunities.

As a Business Development Lead, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new leads, nurturing client relationships, and developing strategies that contribute to long-term business success. A successful candidate will actively listen to client feedback to ensure our products and services consistently exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, lead generation, and market research
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
• Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure solutions meet client expectations
• Monitor client feedback and market trends to improve offerings
• Prepare and deliver persuasive proposals, presentations, and tender documents

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Proficient in both English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written)
• Mandarin/ Cantonese proficiency is an added advantage
• Strong drive and tenacity to pursue and secure new business
• Presentable appearance and professional demeanor for client interactions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong project management and goal-setting capabilities
• Effective self-motivation and a proactive work ethic
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills
• Proficient in Office Fit-Out Works

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: RM5,000 – RM7,000 per month
• Commission details will be finalized upon confirmation of employment
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
