Process and manage customer Purchase Orders, ensuring product accuracy, valid expiry dates, and complete supporting documentation.
Manage returned goods by conducting inspections, preparing reports, and arranging proper storage for defective or expired products.
Coordinate inbound and outbound container activities by updating the warehouse team, monitoring warehouse capacity, and submitting quality control (QC) reports to the headquarters.
Supervise export packing and loading activities to ensure products are packed, labelled, and shipped according to customer and company requirements.
Coordinate inventory transfers for both B2B and B2C operations, ensuring stock accuracy and timely system updates to headquarters.
Monitor inventory aging and ensure the First In, First Out (FIFO) principle is consistently practiced.
Assist with urgent stock requests and liaise with third-party logistics providers (e.g., Lalamove, Grab, etc.) to arrange timely deliveries.
Perform any other ad hoc duties or projects assigned by the management.
Job Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse, inventory, or logistics operations.
Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to manage multiple tasks within deadlines.
