Location: Shah Alam/ Klang

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct monthly stock take and involve in customers’ audit and preparation.
• Monitor the incoming and outgoing shipment and operation issues.
• Plan and coordinate overtime arrangement when necessary.
• Ensure the workplace, equipment & storage area are well maintained.
• Assist on inquiries from the customers to support warehouse operations.
• Attending operation meetings with superior, if necessary, follow up and act on customer’s requests.
• Supervise and manage warehouse staff, including conducting daily briefings.
• Responsible for the efficient and smooth running of warehouse operations by liaising between warehouse and office.
• Update incident and accident to superior as well as assist in the investigation. Provide reports with corrective and preventive action.
• Improve and comply with the safety and health standards in accordance with OSHA and customer requirements. Provide suggestions for risk reductions.
• Carry out any other duties assigned by superior from time to time.

Requirements:

• SPM / Diploma in Logistic or related field.
• Min 3 years’ experience in related field.
• High sense of responsibility, able to work independently, prioritize and delegate tasks.
• Computer literate, good knowledge in WMS and Ms Excel.
• Must be able to speak and write in Mandarin as this position needs to handle customers from Mandarin speaking countries.
• Able to drive a forklift & reach truck.
