Key Responsibilities:

System Analyst

• Gather and analyze functional & non-functional requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into system specifications, user stories, and process flows.
• Prepare and maintain BRS, SRS, SDS, and workflow diagrams.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers and developers to ensure alignment with requirements.
• Support the Product Manager in reviewing feature requests and defining scope for releases.
• Participate in technical discussions and provide clarification during development.

Software Tester

• Review requirement documents to understand features and expected outcomes.
• Prepare test plans, test cases, and test scenarios based on SRS/BRS.
• Perform functional testing, regression testing, and exploratory testing.
• Identify, log, and retest bugs
• Collaborate with developers to verify bug fixes and issue resolutions.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and prepare testing reports for releases.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science,
• Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a System Analyst/Tester, with a proven track record of successfully delivering IT projects.
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of system analysis and design methodologies, including experience with data modeling, process mapping, and system integration.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work evocatively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Preferred: Experience in Agile or Scrum environments.
